Sarnah Farrell holds a BCur Nursing Science degree and LLB law degree, equipping her with a unique blend of medical expertise and legal excellence.
Sarnah commenced her professional nursing career in 1993. Over a period of nearly two decades, she acquired extensive experience in various medical disciplines, including surgical and medical care, theatre, emergency medicine, maternity, antenatal and post-natal care, and neonatal intensive care.
Through her years in healthcare, Sarnah developed a deep compassion for patients and a strong awareness of the shortcomings within the healthcare system.
This passion ultimately led her to pursue a career in law, with the goal of advocating for those who have been failed by the system.
Sarnah subsequently obtained her LLB degree and completed her articles of clerkship at a leading medico-legal firm in 2018, after which she was admitted as an attorney in the High Court.
Following her articles, she continued at the firm as an associate, contributing to the successful resolution of complex medico-legal cases.
